Improve log cleaning experience

This MR is to improve bug reporter's experience.

• Include the current mail log file (important on a fresh maschine)
• Fix ./batch_log_cleaner.sh: line 24: [: ==: unary operator expected when $SHOWUSAGE is not set.
• Fix bug report template to point to the correct script location.
