A bit too big commit:

• Fix issue #18 (closed): Group most deferred domains by the top level domain
• Implement tests for the other dashboards
• Reduce gitlab pipeline time by having more jobs in parallel
• Increase golangci-lint pipeline job timeout from 1m to 10min, as 1min is too short
• Exclude main and mock packages from code coverage
