Fixed parts of Issue#7 'Move Validation Checks out of domain XML parsing'
Partial Fix for Issue: #7 Implemented the following:
- host->socket checks in virDomainStorageNetworkParseHost
- all "not available" errors in virDomainGraphicsListenDefParseXML
