[9.10.0 Regression] host-model cpu with check=full missing features: vmx-apicv-register,vmx-apicv-vid

Description of problem
Attempting to create a kvm/qemu domain with <cpu mode='host-model' check='full' />
fails on libvirt 9.10.0 with:
error: Failed to create domain from testdomain.xml
error: operation failed: guest CPU doesn't match specification: missing features: vmx-apicv-register,vmx-apicv-vid
It works on libvirt 9.9.0 and earlier.

- Run
virsh create testdomain.xml
