This generates sources files containing implementations
for all the function wrappers, in dlopen mode.

Modified to:

  * Generate output code at same time we're adding
    the generator functionality

  * Separated the dlopen support from an earlier
    change

  * Generate a .go file instead of .c file, to
    include build condition tags
