The source project of this merge request has been removed.
README: Add main 'README' file based on libvirt.git/docs/csharp.html.in
Port the data from libvirt's page on the C# bindings so that the data is more local to the C# project repo.
The corresponding part will be later removed from libvirt.git to prevent duplication.
