Refactor: fix inconsistency in ssh_callback_struct

Nothing fancy, just cleaning up. I noticed that the way function pointers for this specific function were defined was not consistent with the rest of the struct. So I just defined ssh_connect_status_callback outside the struct and defined it as the type of connect_status_function .
