cmake: Fix Ninja multiple rules error

Currently cmake -G Ninja complains about multiple rules generate src/libssh_dev.map, because the target has the same name as the output of the custom command.

CMake Error:
  Running

   '/usr/sbin/ninja' '-C' '/root/libssh-mirror/build' '-t' 'recompact'

  failed with:

   ninja: error: build.ninja:1238: multiple rules generate src/libssh_dev.map [-w dupbuild=err]





CMake Generate step failed.  Build files cannot be regenerated correctly.
