Fix CMake warning about mismatched if/endif arguments during OpenSSL detection

Commit 3c33c394 introduced in !144 (closed) changed the condition of an if and didn't change it on the corresponding endif, causing this warning:

CMake Warning (dev) in CMakeLists.txt:
A logical block opening on the line
    /builds/cryptomilk/libssh-mirror/CMakeLists.txt:62 (if)
  closes on the line
    /builds/cryptomilk/libssh-mirror/CMakeLists.txt:76 (endif)
  with mis-matching arguments.

This changes the corresponding endif to fix the warning.
