update a bunch of descriptions
I took the time to update a bunch of descriptions, in particular:
- macos: suggest building, notify that dmg does not auto update
- addons: link to a list that removes tracking elements from urls, update umatrix descritption.
- security: minor tweak.
- license: minor tweak.
- index: update descriptions as the prefs are mostly geared towards privacy instead of security and telemetry.
