Added matrix space link and matrix icon

Added the matrix svg icon, and a link up top on the homepage.

Modified the existing links to matrix to point to the space instead of the single room.

Svg downloaded from https://www.svgrepo.com/svg/342019/matrix Attribution is not necessary, but would be nice if we had a small section or page to credit it.
