Resize and Update Branding Icons

Updates the contents of chrome://branding/content/ to at least have the same filenames and image sizes as stock Firefox.

One thing I am not sure about are identity-icons-brand.svg and horizontal-lockup.svg. I've deleted them for now because they also aren't there in the original firefox folder, but I don't know why they were there previously.
