Include Release Number in Tarball Name and Improve Target Names

This would mean that the source tarball would now be called librewolf-96.0.3-3.source.tar.gz and it would make everything much more consistent because if we do it like this, the version will always be used in combination with the release.

If this gets merged it would ofc require some changes in bsys4/5 and all the other repos that use this tarball.

In addition to that, I tried to clean up the make targets a bit by adding variables to the top.
