[meta] various v100 issues

• #38 the surprise does not show up in the build that @stanzabird tested -> use #38
• windows#200 (closed) is also present in the debian build that @stanzabird tested -> use #47 (closed)
• osx builds fail with the following output, looks like a regression from https://gitlab.com/librewolf-community/browser/source/-/merge_requests/26 -> bsys5#7 (closed)
