Update documentation for IS-1 telemetry points

Fix incorrect documentation comments for IS-1 telemetry points, either which provided inaccurate descriptions of telemetry points (i.e., bat_fg1), or missing (adcs_body_rt1/2/3) or incorrect (sp0_curr, sp0_volt, obc_temp, eps_temp, int_temp, sp0_temp, sp1_temp, sp2_temp) conversion polynomials.
