Fix flash storage magic value

Manolis Surligas requested to merge surligas/qubik-comms-sw:fix-magic-val into master
  • At ae9ea747 the structure that holds data in the flash was altered. Without altering the magic value to reset the flash contents, previously flashed satellites would misbehave as their settings structure would contain invalid data
