Space Packet Protocol

Hi, as mentioned in #5 (closed), we implemented the CCSDS Space Packet Protocol at TUDSaT as a contribution to the OSDLP 🎉

It includes tests and is already in use by our own LibrePUS ECSS Packet Utilization Standard implementation.
