Solve Issue #44 of gnuradio crashing when dragging in the leo model block

Solve #44 : By using value placeholders, template var_value and cleaning up the broken multiline descriptions Adds an extra example that helps with verifying just that the blocks work, without adding satnogs dependencies. (which are broken not working with the current gr-satnogs state anyways)
