Fixes #86 Add a hook from ohif viewer to trigger the respective AI model

This merge request adds new tools to the toolbar of the OHIF viewer that would enable calling a model apart from the default model configured.

Once another model is called for example the 'rsna Breast Cancer V2', it's inferences is also produced on the image.
