Assign study list to radiologist user

As part of the future of work trial, we need to assign specific imaging studies to specific users. Thus, the OHIF viewer's study list should only show studies assigned to the user. This can be done by saving assigned studies as user property. This issue is to save the assigned study to the radiologist user's user property as a comma-separated list of specific study IDs or a more general modality list.
