Fixes #20 Update the "bounding-box" GET method to return model tasks and their versions
requested to merge risaac/lh-radiology-aimodel-service:modelSelectionHook/refactorBoundingBox into master
- Added GET method for bounding-box
- Folder restructuring to account for bounding-box endpoint. Previously mode/cheXnet is now model/bounding_box/cheXnet
- Refactor test cases
