Develop mHBS & CI/CD - Contains all the New changes done on the Dhis-2 app till 5-6-21 with some modifications to made it as per need of mHBS app and With a Complete Set-up of CI/CD Pipeline

  1. Previous code of the master branch has only up to 1111 commits from dhis2 whereas in today's time there is about 8K commits in the dhis2 repo. This PR has all of those commits.

  2. CI/CD Pipeline to build apk. Solved #1 (closed)

  3. Fixed some of the errors.
