Steps to test:

Get wasm from this commit and deploy it.
Stake for 1 day.
Validate the stake amount after 1 day is reflected in your voting power value.

Note: To make this test easier, use an account that has no stakes in progress, this way, your voting power will be calculated based on the unique existing stake amount the account has and then your voting power after one day should be the same value as the amount staked.
