ubuntu: Add 19.10 entry

@didrocks, @jbicha, May I ask you guys for a review on this one?

As I mentioned in the XML (and also discussed with both Didie and Jean-Baptiste), there's something fishy with the Desktop installer bailing out with a quite basic preseed file.

Apart from the RAM requirement to be changed on desktop, the rest is +1 for me. Thanks for adding it :)

I've re-worked the patch changing the Recommended Resources and bumped the following: CPU: 1 GHz -> 2 GHz Disk: 15 GB -> 25 GB RAM: 2 GiB -> 4 GiB
