guix: Adjust name and IDs to 'Guix System'.

Since the end of 2019, the Guix-based distribution has been named 'Guix System' (it was previously GuixSD). Adjust the metadata to reflect this and rename the files accordingly.

This change also add new metadata such as VM QCOW2 image files and adds the latest 1.4 Guix System release.
