These links automatically point to the latest desktop and server ISOs. This eliminates the links breaking every time Ubuntu does a LTS point release like 22.04.2 to 22.04.3

These links are not available currently for prior LTS releases like 20.04 but there are no more planned 20.04 and earlier ISO releases either
