ubuntu23.10: Update for 23.10 release

Jeremy Bicha requested to merge jbicha/osinfo-db:ubuntu-2310-release into main

This updates the Ubuntu 23.10 data from pre-release to released.

Ubuntu 23.10 notably had a re-release for a translations issue that affected the new Ubuntu Desktop installer only. That conveniently meant that the new Ubuntu Desktop installer has a Volume ID of Ubuntu 23.10.1 amd64 and the legacy Ubuntu Desktop installer has a Volume ID of Ubuntu 23.10 amd64. Therefore, we can drop the volume-size field we had to use for Ubuntu 23.04 to differentiate between the two desktop installers since the legacy installer has working Express Installation but the new installer does not.

I tested that both 23.10 desktop installer ISOs are correctly recognized and Express Installation is only available for the legacy ISO. And that the Express Installation works.

The legacy installer is not currently being built for the 24.04 daily images and it is not expected to be offered for the 24.04 LTS release so this is the last Ubuntu release with this detail.

There is no official Ubuntu Desktop arm64 release so that has been removed. It was my mistake to include it in the pre-release.
