tests: fail on unmatched treeinfodata files

Pino Toscano requested to merge pinotree/osinfo-db:tests-treeinfodata-unmatched into main

If a .treeinfo file is added for a certain OS, the expectation is that it is matched by any of the details of that OS; hence, fail the test for an OS in case a .treeinfo file (in an existing distro tree) is not matched.
