All Endless OS releases since 3.0.0 have supported EFI. For simplicity this patch adds it only to eos-3.6, which all later releases derive from. This is consistent with all the annotations above.

I haven't actually tested this. A colleague mentioned that Debian's osinfo allowed picking UEFI rather than seabios in GNOME Boxes, and this seems to be the relevant line from Debian's osinfo-db files.

This MR also includes a patch to the generator to not set an EOL date on Endless OS 4, which is still supported in parallel with the newer eos5.0 branch. The generated XML for eos4.0 already has no EOL date, so I think this was manually adjusted before committing 30013a03.
