Trying the remove the nonsense translation of distro and project names in de.po.

I am unable to do this in weblate on translate.fedoraproject.org since it won't delete existing translations when uploading my edited de.po file, no matter what setting I choose (I guess that makes sense in general but in this particular case, we want to remove all the translations...)
