Update AlmaLinux OS 8 tests and vendor on os data

Added AArch64, ppc64le and s390x tests for AlmaLinux OS 8 and updated current ones

  • Add treeinfo for AlmaLinux OS 8 on AArch64, ppc64le and s390x
  • Update treeinfo of AlmaLinux OS 8 x86_64
  • Add isodata for all AlmaLinux OS 8 releases
  • Changed the vendor os data from "AlmaLinux OS" to "AlmaLinux OS Foundation"
