scripts: Add script to update image urls of CentOS Stream
This adds a script that scans the cloud.centos.org mirror for image URLs and updates the centos-stream-[8|9] data files.
The 17.0 major release is coming on May 16, 2024! This version brings many exciting improvements to GitLab, but also removes some deprecated features.
