fedora-rawhide: drop the armhfp architecture

Pino Toscano requested to merge pinotree/osinfo-db:fedora-rawhide-no-armhfp into master

The Fedora Project retired the ARMv7 architecture starting from Fedora 37 [1]. Considering that, at the time of this writing, fedora-rawhide points to the development version of Fedora 37, the repositories were already removed. Hence, drop the armhfp bits from fedora-rawhide.
