Update CentOS Stream 9 media URLs
As a followup to !366 (merged), this patch switches out the media URLs to use the MirrorManager links. I tested locally with GNOME Boxes and it was able to retrieve the ISO files just fine.
The only concern I have for this is whether or not the links should use HTTP or HTTPS. Presently both the MM domain and end result mirror are using HTTPS, these can be adjusted individually.
