install-script,fedora,rhel,silverblue: Always quote passwords
Although this was already done, for a different reason, for the Desktop profile, we ended up missing doing so for the JeOS profile.
And we also have to do the same for the Silverblue unattended install file.
@crobinso, would you mind to give it a try?
