Fedora & Silverblue 34: Add pre-released information

Fedora & Silverblue 34 branched a week or so ago, and there are already ISOs and trees that users can consume.

Knowing that, let's add the info to osinfo-db, keeping in mind that no links were added at this point, as those are not stable yet.
