Update publisher and vendor for Endless OS

Will Thompson requested to merge wjt/osinfo-db:endless-os-update-publisher-and-vendor into master

The legal entity which has been responsible for Endless OS since 3.8.0 has been renamed to Endless OS Foundation LLC. In addition, as part of our forthcoming 3.9.0 release we are updating the publisher field in our ISOs to match.

This branch:

  • Adjusts the vendor name from Endless OS LLC to Endless OS Foundation LLC
  • Parametrizes the expected ISO publisher based on the OS branch
  • Exercises this by adding files to match the next two unreleased branches
