Revert "Add Manjaro 19.0 release"

Fabiano Fidêncio requested to merge fidencio/osinfo-db:wip/revert_manjaro into master

As we're still discussing the best approach to take with Manjaro, let's revert the patch merged, do a release, and re-apply the patch once we solve the needed bits.

This reverts commit 4a673799 and the main reason for reverting it is to avoid having to carry a possible wrong entry forever.
