Update nix.md to new flake location

Mihai Fufezan requested to merge fufexan/liberaforms:fufexan-develop-patch-82480 into develop

I'm working on the LiberaForms Nix package/module in the Summer of Nix program, and have moved all the Nix files outside the forked project tree, in a separate repo here.

This change points the documentation in the new location.
