The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Convert diag pragmas to nv_diag.
nvcc will deprecate the undocumented EDG pragmas for controlling diagnostics in it's next release. The existing #pragma diag_suppress/default mechanism is susceptible to collisions with various EDG-based host compilers and thus will be replaced by #pragma nv_diag_suppress/default.
