Draft: working on hermitian matrix

This is an implementation of a symmetric/hermitian matrix @tellenbach and roughly refers to http://manao.inria.fr/eigen_tmp/pullrequests/467/ and #42

The code appeared on the eigen email list a couple of months ago. This work is not mine but @tellenbach allowed me to work on it. I have not done much on it yet, so this is more an alert that the code still exists. Feedback and help welcome.
