Cleanup: Move SFINAE constraints to template parameters

Move enable_if constraints from dummy function arguments into template parameter lists across Core, SparseCore, AutoDiff, Tensor, and test helpers.

This preserves overload selection and normal call syntax while removing implementation-only arguments. No runtime behavior change is intended.
