Fix private shadowing of protected base members in iterative solvers

Move using-declarations for IterativeSolverBase members (m_error, m_info, m_isInitialized, m_iterations, matrix) from the implicit private section to a protected section in ConjugateGradient, BiCGSTAB, LeastSquaresConjugateGradient, and MINRES.

This matches the pattern already used by IncompleteLUT and IncompleteCholesky, and allows classes inheriting from these solvers to access the base data members as originally intended.
