ComplexQZ

I created an implementation of the QZ algorithm that works with complex input matrices. It was used to do the computations in the publication "Arbitrary precision computation of hydrodynamic stability eigenvalues" by Dondl, Striet and Straughan, to appear soon and available as a preprint here: https://arxiv.org/abs/2504.21511

I hope it is going to be useful for someome. I am looking forward to take care of any potentially arising issues.
