Remove r_cnjg due to conflicts with f2c.

Remove r_cnjg due to conflicts with f2c.

The r_cnjg and d_cnjg functions come from libf2c. If linked with a project that also links f2c, we run into duplicate symbol errors.

The functions are short and simple enough that we can inline them wherever they are used.
