Update `toml` to 1.0.0 (!30) · Merge requests · lib.rs / cargo_toml

toml 1.0.0 has just been released and first crates are picking it up. In order to prevent duplicates in my dependency tree, I'd like to see cargo_toml moving to toml 1.0.0 too. Let's hope that the 1.x series stays the latest one for a long time :)
