bbcode: put newline after quote in RSS

CSS only applies to the webpage but not RSS, which means there's missing newline in RSS export after "Quote" word. Do the linebreak using html instead of css.

Please note this is untested, it'd great if you can test it. Here's an example of the current problem in RSS feed: quote-rss
