Add a command to install dependencies on Fedora in the README

Hugo Locurcio requested to merge Calinou/gwe:readme-add-fedora-dependencies into master

I tested this in Fedora 28 and 29 containers, installing only those packages then building GWE from source. Note that I wasn't able to get it to run and display a window (as it was running on a container with no access to the NVIDIA host), so I don't know if the graphs can display correctly with only those dependencies.

Also, "Required dependencies" is kind of a pleonasm as a dependency usually implies it's required 🙂
