Docs: Optimise: Add a Gallium Nine and OpenGL Legacy mode instructions

In older GPUs without Vulkan, this can provide a better game stability and perfomance.

Gallium Nine: Is a D3D9 Implementation State Tracker on top of Gallium Drivers.

OpenGL Legacy Mode: Enable rendering with OpenGL instead DX9 Legacy or default DX11 Renderer

This can provide a good performance in olders GPUs that can't support Vulkan or can't had a Gallium Driver Example: Nvidia Legacy Proprietary Drivers (Olders than Kepler).
