Readability

I had some readability concerns when showing the config off to other people. Hopefully this helps:

• Add a list of ports instead of relying on people to parse all bind blocks in the config
• Remove some already-commented things
• Add some other comments for modules I had trouble understanding
• s/elstatus.stayathomeserver.club/status.lavatech.top on the welcome message
